Hi there,
On New Years eve we went to church at night then came home and ate some special foods. New years day we didn't do any thing special.
On Monday, after supper the children of a family that is close friends of ours, came for us to watch while their parents go to Liberia to pick up their three children they adopted. It has been going pretty good considering that their parents are half-way across the world and its a different house and everything.
Last week my Dad dropped off two of the kittens at lady's house who finds good homes for cats. Then yesterday a lady who owns a piece of property by our house came and took one and the other one Daddy said we can keep!!!!! :) Hooray!
Well gtg,
Paige
This is where I post the going-ons of our life. Being a large, busy family, some may think we are a little crazy, but that's ok--we have lots of fun!

You will never guess what we did yesterday!!! Yesterday when Mommy went with Daddy, Joy, and Laurel (while the rest of us stayed at our friends house) to have a ultrasound, and they said its a BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so excited!!!!!
Now for the not so exciting news. Yesterday we also stayed and had dinner with the friends that watched us.
As for Christmas we all had a good time. First we opened our stockings, then we ate cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate in our new tea cups that us five older kids got, then we opened our presents, next we proceeded to clean up, and make our lunch (more like a brunch eaten at 12) of pancakes, eggs, grits and sausage quiche.(pronounced kesh) In our stockings we got a small game, a ornament with candy inside, and pencils. In the presents for all of us we got a zip line, a accordion, a keyboard and blankets like they have in hotels from Grandma, and some books.
Today Samantha's friend is coming over and we plan to take down our Christmas tree. (Don't be alarmed, its been up since two days after Thanksgiving)

Yesterday we went to Beloit, about one hour away, to pick up not one, not two, but THREE female rabbits. When we went we just picked up the Hutch and put it right in the back of the van. A perfect fit! Now the exiting part they are GIGANTIC!!! We estimated the smallest one is at least 10 pounds. So to this date we have: 4 inside cats, 6 outside cats, 2 black-brown bunnies, 1 black-brown rabbit, 1 white rabbit, 1 black rabbit, 1 gray rabbit,(or just 6 rabbits) 1 twenty-nine gallon fish tank, 1 fifteen gallon tank, ten gallon fish tanks,(the one that has baby fish in it) 1 five gallon fish tank, 2 birds, and 1 frog.
Now for the other things that we have done. The day after thanksgiving are friend from Georgia came and spent the day at our house! We had a ton of fun!! Then two days after thanksgiving we went and cut dawn our Christmas tree, decorated it and all. This year we used big and little lights.
Last Thursday we went to our friends house for dinner and so my parents could sign some papers for their will. (They are the people that are adopting)
Finally last night we sang Christmas carols at a nursing home. Then we met the other people that sung with us at our friends house for a pot luck sort of thing.
Well I have to get of the computer now. I'll post a picture of the new rabbits as soon as I can.

Hello,
A few days ago my Dad sold the van we have been trying to sell. So last night we went shopping and bought a keyboard so we can continue learning to play the piano!
Last Sunday we made apple sauce with some apples we had picked from the orchard when we went to the Strong in the Lord conference.
Post soon as I can,
Paige

Hello,
Sorry I haven't posted about Laurel's birthday yet.
On Laurel's birthday we had chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and we went to Pizza Hut for supper. At Pizza Hut we ate Buffet. They have recently started having buffet at night on Wednesdays. After supper we went home and open presents. From Grandma Trish she got a Winnie the Pooh video and some pajamas. From Mom and Dad she got a little orange basket, a lunch box with Winnie the Pooh on the front, and a giant Winnie the Pooh! Grandma Sandra called to say happy birthday around lunch time. When she called Laurel said how old she was and "grandma."
The week of Thanksgiving one of the families my mom knew when she was a kid are coming so we are exited about that!
Lord willing on November 31 our friends will be dropping off their 5 children so that they (the mom and dad) can go to Liberia an pick up 3 children they are adopting. They plan to arrive home on December 12.
Have a great night,
Paige
P.S. This picture is of Laurel with the basket mom and dad gave her.

I'll post Wednesday or Thursday about Laurel's birthday, which is tomorrow. (November 2)
Well I've got to go now,
Paige
