Hi guys! Wow, we have had a busy year so far!!! It amazes me to think that the year is almost halfway gone! This promises to be quite a lengthy post. What has happened since my last post? Lets see.......

We started the month of April with my dad's birthday on the 6th. Then Levi had his birthday the 18th. He is now a grown up 3 year old! We bought a new big van on Levi's birthday. My dad's softball season started towards the end of the month. We enjoy going and socializing with our friends while he plays. Also several of us finished a subject or two in school!!! We were really excited about that.
May...... The first weekend Us girls, my mom and Lillian spent at our friends the Alberts' house. That was a really, really fun few days!!! The next week we brought cake to softball to start celebrating Samantha's 18th birthday!!! (Can you believe I have an adult sister now???!!!!) Then the 8-9 Samantha and I and our friend Lauren went to camp for the work weekend. That was fun! I brought along some earrings from my mom to give to Samantha on the 9th (her b-day) and we stuck 18 candles in her dessert. Her friend Kaylee was there too, which made her very happy! When we got home the rest of the family had decorated the dinning room, living room, her school room, and our bedroom. Then the next day Emily, Pete, and Daniel put over 60 balloons in her bed. We have just about finished removing them from our room, 3 weeks later. Then about a week after her actual birthday we ate her cake--chocolate oreo cheesecake.

We worked on finishing our schoolwork. Emily, Pete, and Daniel have finished all theirs. Samantha and I are getting closer, I only have a few weeks of math left. This week and last we have been focusing on getting ready for Samantha's graduation party! We are almost ready--a good thing seeing as the party is 3 days away.
Samantha went and took her learners test and got her learners permit to drive!!!!!!! She drove last Wednesday(the 20th) for the first time!!!!!! That was really COOL!!!!!!

Today Lillian is 3 months old! She is growing and doing well. She is almost able to roll over and she loves to smile and talk to us! If we make noises she is able to make she will mimic us! She is really fun to talk to. My mom is feeling much better now and is able to do more of what she could before she was pregnant.

In all we are all doing well. We have been busy, but are all happy it is summer. We (especially Samantha and I) have a busy, fun, and exciting summer planned. We are glad to be able to enjoy the life God had given to us! This year is going to be and already has been a year with a year with many, many "firsts" in it---First 18 year old, first sibling to drive, first sibling to graduate, all the first of a baby(smiling, rolling over, sitting up, eating, and MUCH more), first time I get to work at camp, first time we spend 3 weeks in VA with Grandma........
In closing I leave you all with these verses from Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
A time to love,
And a time to hate.

Saturday

March 21

Hi everybody!!!
We have been kinda busy, but kinda not.

March 1st was Emily 13th birthday. This was the first time Grandma was at one of our birthdays in WI.

Then on the 2nd Alena and Elizabeth came to spend the night. On Tuesday we sent Emily up stairs with Elizabeth so we could get a "surprise" tea party ready. Emily knew that we were getting a tea party ready, but what she didn't know was that we had about 2o-ish friends over! She was really SURPRISED!!!

The Thelens and Hartlaubs both brought us a meal when they came for the tea party.

Saturday the 7th the Babiaks brought us a meal.

Sunday we went to church with Grandma.

Monday I went over to the Babiak's house. Rachel and Kendra went came to our house.

Wednesday the 11th Grandma went home.... :( Thursday Anna came over for a while and then Mommy went to the chiropractor. It was Lillian's first time to go somewhere.

Saturday the 14th, we all went to Delavan. Mommy and Lillian went to Miss Linda's scrapbooking shop. Everybody else went to a train exibit. Then we ate lunch and went shopping.

Sunday we went to church.

This week we have been trying to get caught up in school. We didn't really do any when Grandma was here or when Lillian was born. We have also been enjoying warm weather! It has been in the 50 and 60's.

Today we are going to Anna Albert's orchestra concert.

That's it. Our sorta busy life.... although school makes it more busy.

Psalm 127:3-5
Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
So are the children of one’s youth.
Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them;
They shall not be ashamed,
But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.

February 19

We haven't been doing much, but we did have a few things happen. No baby yet. :(

The 13 was Mommy's birthday. We had breakfast casserole for breakfast, bacon quiche for supper, and chocolate cheesecake for cake. I made the cheesecake and I even liked it! It had Oreo pieces in it and on top. She got a cast iron Dutch-oven, her rings re-sized and a micro SD card for her phone(so she could get the pics off). On Valentine's day we each got a few Reece's hearts and some gum. Mommy got a set of heart teaspoon and Tablespoons instead of gum. Daddy got some cherry filled Hershey Kisses. We also got some candy and cupcakes from our neighbors.

Samantha went to work at camp on the 13 and 14.
We went to church on the 15 and the midwife came yesterday.

That's all that we have done.
We are sill waiting for the baby, but I'll post within a day or so when she is born.

The tree in our yard after the first snow.

Getting our tree.

Finally we found one!

Levi liked to walk in all the snow.
Why would we ever walk around it???

Well here some of the many pictures I have taken. This should give a good overview of each event.
Yesterday after we went to shots, we went to look at the snow sculptures in Lake Geneva. Most were only about half finished.
Time for lunch.
